Michel Tod was trained at the Faculty of Pharmacy from Paris and as a Hospital Pharmacist in the Hospitals from Paris in the 80's. In 2009 he pursued his carrier in the University Hospital from Lyon. He is currently Hospital Pharmacist, Professor of Pharmacology and head of a research team devoted to the optimization of anticancer drug treatment. His research is mainly based on Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic modeling. He is especially interested in the quantitative prediction of drug exposure variations due to drug-drug interactions, genetic polymorphism and physiological or pathological states. The tools developed by his research team are made freely available to the community through several websites.
