The 12th International Workshop on Clinical Pharmacology of Tuberculosis Drugs will take place at the Hilton London Olympia, 380 Kensington High St, Kensington, London W14 8NL, UK.

All participants are asked to wear their badges at all times during the conference. Badges can be picked up at the registration desk during check-in. The registration desk will stay open during the entire meeting.
Bank and Currency
The official currency of the United Kingdom is British Pounds. ATMs are available city-wide. Credit cards are accepted in larger shops, restaurants, and hotels.
Certificate of Attendance
A digital certificate of attendance will be sent in the week following the workshop.
The conference pack, including program and abstract books, can be obtained upon check-in at the registration desk.
The official conference language will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

The UK uses 220 V electric power. Visitors using other types of plugs must bring an adaptor and/or a voltage converter.

This letter does not represent a commitment on the part of the organization to provide any financial assistance.The organizing secretariat cannot assist in submitting visa applications.
Liability and Insurance
By registering for the conference participants agree that the organizers do not accept responsibility for medical, travel, or personal insurance. Participants are advised to take out their own insurance policies.
Payment and procedure of online registration
Your registration will be processed after receipt of payment. The registration fee valid on the day of receipt of registration will be applied, provided that payment is effected immediately. If your payment has not been received within two weeks after the online registration your registration will be canceled without further notice.
Photographs, audio and video recording
Photographs as well as audio and video recordings are not permitted during official meeting sessions. Only the official medical writer appointed by the organization may make recordings. All presentations will be posted on the workshop website as soon as possible following the meeting, provided the speaker has given us permission to use their presentation online.
